West Dartmoor is full of market towns, pretty villages and amazing scenery across the Tamar valley and into Cornwall. Tavistock is the biggest of these bustling market towns and a key part of the West Devon/East Cornwall UNESCO World Heritage site. This part of the moors is accessed by the Okehampton to Plymouth link road that joins the A30 and A38 dual carriage ways popular towns and villages include; Tavistock, Milton Abbot and Peter Tavy.
